1. Maple Water
Anyone that’s jumping on the healthy water bandwagon is doing so, which is leading to a whole slew of different types products being released into the market. Cactus water is made from the fruit of the prickly pear cactus, and not from the cactus itself. This water is gaining popularity because of the anti-oxidants which it contains, however just looking at the nutritional information will tell us otherwise.
Essentially drinking this type of cactus water is nothing more than drinking a typical flavored water, as the nutritional value is about to say.
