Instead of eating cream of wheat, you should be eating barley or whole oats. Instead of eating white bread, choose whole-wheat. You should also eat healthier fats and avoid unhealthy fats. The healthy fats would include seeds, nuts, avocados and olive oil. Start eating fatty fish like sardines, salmon and anchovies. This will give you more Omega-3 fatty acids which reduce inflammation. Lastly, add season to your dishes with spices and herbs instead of sauces.

It isn’t too hard to start the right diet for reducing inflammation. You can easily search foods that reduce inflammation and start adding those into your diet. Just remember it isn’t about one specific food. You need to add more healthy foods into your diet and start eliminating the unhealthy foods.
